The En Pointe-IBM client relationship has become an industry benchmark for a complementary, cost-effective and productive partnership. As one of our largest customers, we have been successfully providing a wide range of products and services to IBM Global Services and the IBM DAAS organization for the past seven years.
En Pointe Technologies, a leading national provider of business-to-business information technology products and services, announces it has been awarded one of the prime contracts for the State of Minnesota. This is one of several contracts awarded based on the multiple awards provisions of the RFP.
En Pointe provides the complete outsourcing services for Nissan's IT enterprise. Nissan has three main campus facilities and an additional 37 remote sites. Within the three campus facilities, En Pointe personnel provides the break/fix, desk side support and IMAC services for over 6500 systems, including servers, laptops and printers.
Clarify, En Pointe's Call Center Management tool, allows clients, like Novell, to track and report all of their service calls, nationwide. Calls can be dispatched and viewed via the WEB. Additionally, Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are managed and measured through this powerful system, a feature that impressed Novell and ultimately assisted us in securing their nationwide break/fix contract. The contract supports over 23,000 seats in 40 locations.
Regus Business Centres is an International provider of executive office space. Through their "Regus Instant Offices, Worldwide" program, Regus provides their clients with premium office space that is furnished, staffed and equipped, all with short notice required. The demand for these services has exploded, driving an aggressive center opening schedule for Regus. As a result, Regus is projecting to open over 100 sites by year-end 2000.
