maintenance programs include support
of manufacturer warranties, En Pointe
extended warranties and out of warranty
equipment. Our support programs will
be customized to meet your IT requirements.
The programs may include on site personnel,
dispatch personnel to remote locations,
depot solutions and round the clock
support as required.
En Pointe technical personnel are
authorized to perform warranty repairs
for all Tier One manufacturers.
En Pointe logistics personnel are
authorized to entitle all customer
warranties and to order manufacturer
replacement warranty parts utilizing
a combination of the manufacturer
and En Pointe logistics processes.
These processes will ensure that
the part is received and repairs
are completed to meet the En Pointe/customer
Service Level Agreement (SLA).
