Online Marketing Manager

As the Online Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing the En Pointe web engagement plan.  You will be responsible for integrating online best practices into all campaigns and serve as the point person for all online media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with talented in-house team of designers and developers
• Review current SEO/PPC tactics and make recommendations for improvements
• Oversee web analytics and monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports
• Keep abreast of internet and marketing developments to keep the team at the forefront
• Increase sales on shopping cart site (www.AccessPointe.com)
• Build brand awareness of our company www.EnPointe.com
• Pay Per Click advertising management
• Link Building and Affiliate Marketing Strategies.
• Proactively manage the planning and execution of our online strategy.  Study new technologies and recommend/implement new ideas for our six+ websites.
•  Work with our in-house team of graphic designers and web developers to create and maintain an online presence and exceed past benchmarks in visitors, conversions and sales
• Branding Awareness Campaign Management

You will be responsible for formulating En Pointe’s online marketing strategies, while keeping abreast of internet and marketing developments, enabling En Pointe to become an industry leader. You will lead our online marketing activities and provide innovative ideas to drive sales and awareness forward.
