Marketing Communications Manager
Marketing Communications Manager
As the Marcom Manager, you will lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing the En Pointe communication engagement plan. You will be responsible for integrating best practices into all campaigns and serve as the point person for all marcom initiatives including; email campaigns, press releases, social marketing, media relations, CRM, video and collateral.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing writing for online and traditional media—search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC) ads, Websites, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, case-studies, press releases and more.
- Review current tactics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Website content development
- Increasing brand awareness and understanding of company offerings.
- Global enterprise and partner/channel marketing communications.
- Advertising/creative design and implementation.
- Product marketing integration, agency collaboration.
- Lead and collaborate with in-house team on Email Marketing/Nurture Marketing campaigns.
- Oversee email analytics and monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports.
- Keep abreast of internet and marketing developments to keep the team at the forefront.
- Manage CRM and Email databases
- Proactively manage the planning and execution of our communication strategy. Study new technologies and recommend/implement new ideas.
- Work with our in-house team of graphic designers and web developers to exceed past benchmarks in CTR, conversions and sales.
Knowledge of:
- Current email marketing technologies
- Analytics and other reporting tools
- Blogs and Social Media Strategies
- Email marketing/demand gen systems (SalesFusion)
- Microsoft CRM and/or others
