Inside Sales – Cloud Services
Are you intrigued by the excitement around cloud computing? Are you eager to make a mark in the IT industry as it evolves? We are seeking highly energetic individuals who will help our cloud services division build revenue.
En Pointe is an I.T. services provider with a national footprint, serving mid-market and large organizations. We provide fulfillment services for I.T. hardware, software licensing, and offer a comprehensive portfolio of services. As part of our evolution, we are becoming more of a service provider and as a result, rolling out a series of cloud-based services.
As an inside salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and developing leads that convert to customers. We are looking for individual who are not shy on the phone. While the majority of efforts will be in outbound calling, you will also receive inbound calls that are driven by the marketing department. You will identify key buyers, understand their needs, and educate them on the value of our solution. As your business grows, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating information in our CRM system. This position is specific to our cloud services which include dinCloud, a cloud services provider for hosted virtual desktops.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target lists and contacts for outbound sales calls
- Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries
- Respond to requests for information
- Prepare quotes for pricing, including research as needed
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support customer requirements
- Stay up to date on our cloud offerings and marketplace
Ideal Candidate's Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in technology industry
- Minimum 1 year of sales, inside sales, outside sales, or commissioned sales
- Excellent communication skills including, articulation, grammar and persuasion, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- College degree, BA or BS
