New Post-Sales Support Line Now Available
As part of HP's service improvement initiative, a new North America Service and Support dedicated phone line was activated on November 3, 2008. The phone number is 866-852-4865.
HP Thin Clients and Neoware products
HP Retail Point of Sale Products, including Peripherals, such as: Cash Drawers, Receipt Printers, Scanners, Pole Displays, and Keyboards.
The other HP Service and Support line, 1-800-HP Invent, can still be called for Retail Point of Sale support; however, the 800-HP INVENT number includes all HP product lines. Thus, adding this new number provides a variety of benefits to our Point of Sale customers, such as:
Better support experience with a dedicated phone number and simpler IVR routing
Customers can easily select their products and be routed to the correct product line quickly
The new number involves only 3 Product Prompts (Thin Clients, Blades, and Retail Point of Sale)
