The En Pointe Configuration and Integration Center is strategically located in Ontario, California, minutes away from the Ontario International Airport, our partner distributors and other major transportation hubs. Our 126,000 sq. ft. facility affords us a scalable work environment capable of configuring 132 units simultaneously. Each system undergoes a final quality inspection verifying that it passes strict visual, technical and procedural tests in accordance with our internal standards. A secondary random sampling helps to ensure that each system meets your standards before it is released.

The En Pointe Configuration Center guarantees quality work, exceeding a 99.4% error-free rate in our ISO 9001 certified production environment. Quality assurance is our number one priority. From receipt of the product into our warehouse, through the entire integration process, we make sure every box is packaged and delivered according to your expectation. Each configuration is documented step-by-step so the procedure can be replicated by any of our certified technicians, and a 78-point quality checklist is completed before the system leaves the bench.
