En Pointe Technologies Launches LANDesk Systems Management Practice Dedicated Focus with LANDesk experts creates three ways to efficiently manage systems Los Angeles, CA – March 31, 2010 – En Pointe Technologies, a national provider of IT products and services, announced today that it has formed a new Systems Management practice in order to better align itself with the changing needs of the marketplace. In order to provide its customers with substantial value, En Pointe Technologies can deliver these services in three ways: The company can solve these IT challenges through traditional premise-based installations, by using its field and service desk to manage systems for the customer, and also by supplying the hardware+service through a monthly subscription model. “We are continuing to innovate in the area of systems management,” commented Bob Din, CEO of En Pointe. “A few years ago, we launched a managed services practice through En Pointe Global Services, called RIMS – Remote Infrastructure Management Services.
