Office Live Meeting creates a virtual conference room where employees can hold online

and project negotiations can all be accomplished online through web conferencing. Meeting

Office Communications Online enables in-house instant messaging services, allowing employees to conduct person-to-person conversations without the lag time created by email or phone tag. Presence awareness allows users to see who is on the network and to contact a colleague immediately, even if he’s not in his office. Remote access allows employees who are off-site to utilize the messaging capabilities as well.
