Our rapidly growing IT Managed Services division is looking for a seasoned,
motivated individual to join the Program Management Office. This individual
contributor would be required to be an independent, self-motivated worker
and comfortable working with a culturally and geographically diverse team
and management.
- Analyzing data, conducting research, interviewing
employees and monitoring processes and outcomes to identify problems
- Gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing
conclusions on moderately complex data and information
- Participating in and contributing to meetings
- Consulting with peers to define problems and identify
solutions
- Developing recommendations and designing solutions
for process improvements
- Leading small- to medium-sized, moderately complex
projects that have a short-term impact on departmental and/or Business-Unit
operations
- Use reporting tools to design and develop service
delivery reporting for Managed Service Clients
- Responsible for report production activities related
to client and internal deliverables. Design, develop, modify, test,
implement, QC and deliver internal and client reports
- Work effectively with Program Managers, Clients,
Business Analysts, Finance, Call Center Leadership, and Technology
Partners
- Identifying Business Intelligence solutions to
meet changing needs of internal business units, technology partners
and clients alike
- Consult with business users and customers as part
of the quality assurance testing and acceptance processes
- Use a range of technologies to make data easily
accessible for business users and customers
- Maintain and distribute a business report library
- Maintain and support automated report distribution
processes and manage informational dashboards and data warehouse
Requirements:
- Be self motivated and flexible
- Effective time-management skills
- Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication
skills
- Work affectively with all levels of staff/management
in various regions of the US from diverse cultures and business segments
- Be available for approximately 10-20% travel
- Experience as report creator using Business Objects,
Crystal Reports or other similar reporting tools
- Experienced in data
analysis in a CRM or ERP environment
- High level of technical proficiency in:
- a - MS Excel, Access
- b - MS Word
- c - MS Visio and PowerPoint
Advanced/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
field, or related experience
- Ex
- 4+ years of experience with advanced analytics,
programming or business reporting
- Translate stakeholder deliverables into the various
project methodology deliverables that make up design, such as functional
specifications, use cases, work flow \ process diagrams, data flow
\ data model diagrams
- Experience with SQL, SAP, MySQL and Oracle databases
- Experience creating reports with diverse data sources
from back office applications such as CRM, ERP, and Financial Applications.
Experience with Clarify, Magic or Salesforce.com data is a plus.
