Common Responsibilities:
- Building relations with the Sales Force and teaching
them how to identify and close Professional Services opportunities
- Manage ongoing clients
- Building you own pipeline and selling into it
- Weekly conference calls, face to face meetings,
workshops, developing sales and strategy collateral, scripting questions
to ask and general mentoring
- Working with Vendors
- Working with service colleagues to dovetail the
Professional Services team into our managed service practice (accounts
currently not using Professional Services)
- Visiting customers and assisting in the sales
process including following up on vendor leads
- Responding to bids including architecting solutions
- Hiring, Developing and Retaining appropriate pre
sales and delivery engineering resources
- Appropriate training for your team
- Responding to action items and phone calls in a
prompt and thorough manner
- Generating excitement and enthusiasm about your
organization
