Our Professional Services team provides a
vast array of solutions including technology planning and management,
procurement solutions, configuration and integration as well as infrastructure
support and maintenance both onshore and offshore models.
- Technology deployment.
- Migration and application integration.
- Remote and on-site staffing.
- IT operations.
- Hardware configuration and customization.
- Helpdesk implementation and on-going support services.
- Messaging and collaboration services.
- Desktop and server architecture.
- Software Licensing Management.
- Network and Security Services.
- Install–Move–Add–Change Services
(IMAC).
- Depot operations via asset exchange services.
- Warranty and repair Services.
- Business Process Outsourcing.
Common Responsibilities:
- Building relations with the Sales Force and teaching
them how to identify and close Professional Services opportunities.
- Building you own pipeline and selling into it.
- Weekly conference calls, face to face meetings,
workshops, developing sales and strategy collateral, scripting questions
to ask and general mentoring.
- Working with Vendors.
- Working with service colleagues to dovetail the
Professional Services team into our managed service practice (accounts
currently not using Professional Services).
- Visiting customers and assisting in the sales process
including following up on vendor leads.
- Responding to bids including architecting solutions.
- Hiring, Developing and Retaining appropriate pre
sales and delivery engineering resources.
- Appropriate training for your team.
- Responding to action items and phone calls in a
prompt and thorough manner.
- Generating excitement and enthusiasm about your
organization.
